Getting ready for Christmas by spending time with our neighbors

What a wonderful day today. The weather was simply gorgeous for our afternoon get together with some of the families at Loudoun Transitional Housing. The center was renovated this year and the common area is really looking nice.

We read a Christmas story, shared lunch, and then made some Christmas decorations. In between we found some time to enjoy the center's new playground and throw a football around.



This was my third time with our neighbors at Loudoun Transitional Housing, and the most special part of the day for me was spending time with friends I am getting to know better and watching our kids play and enjoy each other. -Doug
